Flesh Green ! / Komyoji Temple

 

Komyoji Temple is famous for its autumn leaves. I visited in early May, and I prefer the fresh greenery of this season.

The amount of greenery is overwhelming.

As I descended the mountain on my way back, I could see a distant mountain range beyond the Sanmon Gate. That is the familiar Higashiyama.
